Victor Arroyo leads the strategic relation with International Financing Institutions and business development efforts in Latin America, South Europe and North Africa. He is an expert with 25 years of experience and deep knowledge of international organization´s project management cycle, from identification, project appraisals, feasibility studies, monitoring and evaluation, developing strategies and knowledge management, business development and policy development in Europe, Africa and Latin America. He has led the water sector at CAF and UN Habitat, representing the institution before high-level national governments officials and partner organisations and coordinating the technical sector dialogue at country and regional level. He has been member of the board of Governors of the World Water Council, the Scientific committee of the Stockholm World Water Week and the Water for Development Conference organized by the International Water Association.

Victor is a chemical engineer from Complutense University of Madrid and MBA with a focus in infrastructure companies (EOI).
