Stuart has a chemical engineering background with eight years of experience in research and development in the field of wastewater treatment and sanitation, in academia, the public sector, and the private sector.

For the last six years, Stuart’s work has primarily been focused on product development and demonstration of new off-the-grid sanitation treatment technologies for developing regions, and technical advisory to the assessment and selection of wastewater and sanitation technology demonstration candidates.
