Stephen holds a MEng in Chemical Engineering with a focus on environmental and biochemical engineering. During his undergraduate studies, he was part of a research team that focused on recovering energy from municipal and organic industrial waste, partnering with companies like Quorn to understand how to maximise energy recovery from their waste streams. Stephen also interned at a plastics recycling startup prior to joining Isle, where he worked at a pilot plant to increase understanding of the process and further optimise the design of their commercial facility. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys team sports, video games and hanging out with friends.
