Rodrigo Valladares has more than nine years in the water industry, engaging in drinking water, desalination, groundwater replenishment, and wastewater treatment and recovery projects in the USA, Latin America, Middle East, and Asia. He has led multidisciplinary teams dedicated to developing, testing, and implementing new technologies for different clients in the oil and gas sector, food processing facilities, and utilities. He was the Senior Innovation Manager position within Rotoplas for four years, attending water projects in Latin America. Previously he worked in the Middle East as part of a joint effort team from an economic development office and a water research center in Saudi Arabia. He now works as a Technology Consultant for Isle.

Rodrigo holds a master’s degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia, and a PhD from the Department of Biotechnology at Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands.
