Paul Minnock is a Principal Director, with responsibility for Energy Transition and Digital. He previously led the Marchment Hill Consulting division in Australia before moving back to Europe. Paul has worked in consulting since 2006 working with PwC, restructuring firm PPB Advisory and the Litmus Group. He specialises in the energy transition with a particular interest in distributed energy resources, EV and storage.

Paul is an experienced transformation executive, designing and managing major industry initiatives around cybersecurity, smart metering and digitisation. He is passionate about the future of renewable energy and the criticality of solving the energy trilemma i.e. finding a balance between delivering cheap, reliable, and green energy.

Qualifications: BA in Journalism, HDIP in IT and Business, Executive MBA.
