Maria Clara Bandeira Pinheiro joined Isle as a Graduate Technology Consultant after receiving her BSc degree in Environmental Engineering at the Federal University of Viçosa in Brazil. While studying in Brazil, Maria Clara gained practical knowledge in the water sector by working on different scientific projects and also as a member of the Junior Enterprise of her graduation course.

As part of her degree program, she completed her final internship at the Water Application Centre in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, where she was part of a research project that involved the size characterization of nanoparticles in water samples using an innovative technique. She also worked as part of another project whose goal was to test and compare a specific pumping device.

Maria Clara is enthusiastic about the water industry and is eager to learn more about emerging technologies.
