Ani is a Principal Consultant as Isle Utilities. He has extensive experience building corporate innovation capability in the public and private sectors in Australia and New Zealand. With over a decade of experience in strategy and transformation, Ani has successfully helped companies leverage the power of innovation to achieve their strategic goals.

At icare NSW, Ani built the innovation framework and lab to execute on their strategy. In his roles at Volt Bank, Z Energy and icare NSW, he has also developed innovative products and services, helping these organisations to deliver value to customers and communities by applying design thinking.

Ani has an Executive MBA from AGSM and is a Design Thinking and Behavioural Science Practitioner.
