Alisha joined the Isle team as a Graduate Technology Consultant after graduating with a MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surrey. As part of the degree program, Alisha completed a placement year with Isle during which she gained knowledge about water and wastewater processes and played a key role in supporting and delivering European TAG programs.

Alisha has progressed to Technology Consultant and is now working as a Senior Consultant for the UK and South African offices. Alisha’s role is focused on project management, technology due diligence, research, analysis and the delivery of consultancy projects and horizon scans on a wide range of topics across Industry, Water and Wastewater.  Alisha is looking forward to growing business and generating new leads predominantly in the South African region where there is a huge strain on water resources, and innovation is even more crucial. Isle’s expertise lies in technological innovation and Alisha’s main purpose is to find ways for utilities and industry to adopt these solutions to help them tackle their challenges from economical, social and environmental perspectives.
