Reshmina’s work combines rigorous scientific research and practical field experience for a holistic approach to urban water design.

Prior to joining Isle, Reshmina served as a AAAS Science Technology and Policy Fellow with the Department of Energy. As a Fellow, Reshmina provided technical and program management expertise on agency efforts to decarbonize wastewater, water reuse, and desalination efforts nationwide. She also helped spearhead efforts to streamline climate-smart infrastructure initiatives across the federal government.

Reshmina received her PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she studied the impacts of green space on urban climate resilience. After completing her degree, she worked as a consulting civil engineer in Chicago, IL, designing sustainable stormwater and transportation solutions for clients across the Midwest. She is an accredited ENVISION Sustainability Professional and an active member of AGU and WEF.
