Glenny is a licensed chemical engineer in the Philippines. Her career kicked off in a local water utility where she managed multiple projects to ensure the supply of clean and potable water to end users. She also worked closely with industrial companies to address their wastewater treatment concerns in compliance with the regulations on effluent quality.

Her exposure to the challenges on sanitation and the lack thereof drove her to increase awareness and participate in campaign programs focusing on proper sanitation. She is also one of the proponents of a sustainable sanitation solution for the base of the pyramid that was recognized by the joint venture of the World Bank and the Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research of the Wharton School. At Isle, Glenny works as a Technology Consultant driven to support the water and wastewater sector with new technologies.
