Marc has over ten years of consulting and research experience in the planning and design of drinking water and wastewater projects. His expertise includes technology evaluation and pilot testing, water quality assessments, treatment system design and construction, operational improvements, and distribution system troubleshooting. Marc has successfully supported municipal clients through emergency preparedness, due diligence, and emergency response scenarios.
Prior to joining Isle, Marc served as a Congressional Science and Engineering Fellow in the United States Senate in Washington D.C. As a Congressional Fellow, he provided technical insights to policymakers and developed systems-level approaches to address infrastructure needs and improve economic growth. Marc led the development of legislation to improve commercialization and adoption of innovative technologies in the water and wastewater industry.
Marc holds an ME in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan College and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and California. Marc has been an active member and leader in AWWA, WEA, ASME, and EWB.
